South
Small teams are given the job of moving fire and water across a site using only what they can find and build, then must hand the working system over to another team.
North+ North-east
A long rope is laid across a field as the age of the Earth; participants walk it, placing what they know, and discover where in the last few centimetres their entire species appears.
West
Each finger stands for one kind of feedback; participants draw round their hand and fill it in, giving a fast structured mid-week evaluation that facilitators can actually act on.

Participants sit apart in silence and draw a map of everything they can hear, with themselves at the centre, then walk each other's maps.

The group walks a known route after dark in silence and without light, learns how long night vision actually takes to arrive, and finds out that the forest is louder than it was at noon.

A self-organised evening in which anyone may offer anything — a song, a skill, a story from home, five minutes of something they are bad at — with a curator holding the running order and nothing else.
South-east
A short body practice that widens peripheral vision and opens hearing, used to shift a group from talking-mode into noticing-mode before going into a landscape.
East+ North-west
A first-day session in which participants map the lens they see through — culture, profession, training, wound — so that the differences that surface later in the week already have a name.
South+ West
A sequence of embodied systems games — secret triangles, the balancing game, and a resource commons — that give a group the felt experience of feedback, delay and collapse in under an hour.
South-east+ South
A large outdoor running game in which participants take the roles of a real local food chain, with resources to find and predators to avoid, ending in a hard conversation about what happens when one link is removed.
East+ South-west
seedA short repertoire of round songs used as punctuation — to open a circle, to gather a scattered group across a field, to close a hard session — rather than as a performance.
North+ West
Each person chooses one spot within walking distance and returns to it alone at the same time every day, doing nothing in particular, for the whole duration of the programme.
North-west
One person tells where they went and what happened, while the others question them — not to interrogate, but to draw out detail the teller did not know they had.
North-west+ West
Participants are found by a non-human being of the place, make a mask for it, and then hold a council in which each speaks in that being's voice to an assembly of humans who must sit and listen.
South-west+ North-west
Over several days the group builds a single object from things each person brings or finds, which then presides over every circle and is dismantled or gifted at the end.
South-west+ West
A short reading from Robin Wall Kimmerer on the protocols of taking from the living world, followed by a foraging walk in which the group must ask before taking — and may be refused.

Before leaving, each participant names one specific action they will take at home within a month, tells it to a small home group, and is checked on by that group six weeks later.

seedA fixed viewpoint is chosen on day one and every participant photographs exactly the same frame once a day; on the last night all the images are shown in sequence.

Participants leave in different directions with a boundary, a return time and no other instruction whatsoever — deliberately withholding the task that groups keep asking for.

The group stands in a circle and passes a ball of twine, each person naming a relationship between themselves and someone or something else, until the web is visible and heavy.

An opening practice in which the group greets, in turn, the beings and elements that make the place possible — before any agenda is opened.
